Analysis of Quality of Teaching Evaluations of Occasional Colleges

Abstract

This paper discusses the evaluation work of quality of teaching according to teaching practice. It puts forward the purpose of evaluation is that try to find the problems in teaching and improve quality of teaching rather than give a final evaluation on teachers' teaching. It also analyses the main body, criteria and procedure of teaching evaluation aimed at promoting the quality of teaching evaluations and improving the quality of teaching.
