Abstract
The teaching evaluation is an important instrument to upgrade the teaching quality in universities.The class teaching quality evaluation is a key to implement the teaching evaluation and directly decides the quality of the teaching evaluation.It is necessary to build a guidance of the class teaching quality evaluation to accord with the society final demand in which the students are a main body for the class teaching quality evaluation.The teaching evaluation is an aim to bring up persons with innovation consciousness and development potential.
