Abstract

To improve the teaching quality in universities,cultivate qualified talents,scientific,efficient and perfect teaching management system is necessary.A set of scientific,efficient and perfect teaching management system is the important content of higher education reform.This paper combined the talents of professional training characteristics,in order to constantly improve and perfect the rules and regulations and evaluation index of the teaching operation,for the purpose of strengthen the quality of education,proposed several teaching management reform measures.
