With the constant improvement of the social demands for talents' quality, the teaching reforms are deepened constantly for higher education, and the teaching reform projects are executed to drive the affairs concerned so as to improve the talent training quality in all colleges and universities. According to the existing problems in the teaching reform project management in local colleges and universities, several countermeasures for improving the project management level are put forward, such as transforming the management idea, constructing the management system for teaching reform projects, strengthening the whole process management of teaching reform projects.
