Pregnant woman ABO blood type antibody titer detection and treatment

Objective:To investigate the relationship and therapeutic effects between the ABO blood group antibody titer and the adverse pregnancy history.Methods:Saline agglutination test for IgG anti - A or anti - B of the ABO blood type antibody titer detection; of abnormal antibody titers for the treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Results:228 cases of pregnant women,serum titer≥1:128 are 183 cases of abnormal detection rate of 80.26%;through the treatment of 175 cases of the three treatment cured,the cure rate 95.63%;5 cases of the three treatment markedly,accounting for 2.73%;the total effective rate was 98.36%,with satisfactory result.Conclusion:For spontaneous abortion,stillbirth,premature birth,stillbirth,neonatal hemolytic disease and the adverse pregnancy history,the wives for the O- blood of the couples,to carry out ABO blood type antibody titer detected on the prevention and treatment of maternal and child ABO hemolytic disease has a positive effect.
