Abstract

[Objective]To study the clinical significances and rate of maternal-fetal ABO blood group incompatibility in pregnant women.[Methods]The IgG anti-A(B)of the ABO blood group antibody titer was detected by microcolumn gel immunology assay.[Results]There were 816 cases(the serum titer≥1:64)in 2 537 pregnant woman. The abnormal rate was 32.16%.Significant difference was observed in serum titer between pregnant women with different gravidity(x2 = 5.95,P0.05).[Conclusion]The ABO blood group antibody titers detected in pregnancy is effective for early finding and treatment, which also can decreases the prevalence rate of haemolytic disease of the newborn.
