Abstract

Objective:To study the clinical significances and rate of maternal-fetal ABO blood group incompatibility in pregnant women in Lishui,so as to early take measures for prevention and treatment of fetal and neonatal hemolysis. Methods: The IgG anti-A(B) of the ABO blood group antibody titer was detected by microcolumn gel immunology assay. Results: There were 643 cases with the serum titer≥1∶ 64 in 1366 pregnant women. The abnormal rate was 47.07%.Conclusion: The ABO blood group antibody titers detection in pregnant women is effective for early finding and treatment of HDN,in order to decrease the prevalence rate of haemolytic disease of the newborn and improve population quality.
