Abstract

Objective To investigate the proportion of prenatal abnormal ABO antibody titer in pregnant women and its clinical significance. Methods Micro-column gel method was used to detect IgG anti-A or anti-B antibody titer. Results Of the 1150 cases of pregnant women, there were 119 cases of serum antibody titer ≥1:256, the abnormal rate was 10.3%. Conclusion The detection of ABO blood group antibody titer in perinatal health care of pregnant women can prevent or reduce the occurrence of hemolytic disease of the newborn, can prevent and cure early.
