Abstract
The cost management of construction project runs through the whole process of construction contract from tendering information collection and contract signing to the completion of the project contract, including three stages of pre , undergoing , and post management. The cost management can be divided into two parts of external and internal cost management. The cost management should correctly deal with the relationships of cost with quality and progress, actual cost with implicit cost, local cost with whole cost, and enterprise cost with social cost. The cost management of construction project is a main way to increase the economic benefits of construction enterprise. The establishment of scientific cost management system is favorable to the production of good effectiveness and better economic benefits.
