Abstract
The necessity to carry out the reform of cost management system in construction enterprises is discussed.According to project cost accounting cost management idea and characteristics of cost management system introduction is made,at the same time key points for carrying out cost management of construction projects are proposed in order to increase operation quality of cost management system.
