Abstract
On the basis of the importance of the project cost management in the construction enterprise cost management,the paper discusses how to operate the project cost management at the various stages of the project construction.The author points the project construction process should be completely controlled according to the project cost budget document,so as to help the enterprises reduce the cost outcome and improve the economic efficiency.
