Abstract
To raise the level of construction project cost management and improve economic efficiency,how to control the project cost of construction enterprise effectively was analyzed from the three aspects of contract management, field management and settling accounts management of the engineering cost,and project cost control was one of the methods of creating value and efficiency to construction enterprise.
