Abstract

Since the foundation of WTO,Korea has initiated antidumping actions against the foreign imports for the protection of Korea's domestic industry and market.Meanwhile,Korea has also faced the rigorous situation under which its exports have frequently met the foreign antidumping measures.Correspondingly,China has become the first major target country against by Korea's antidumping actions, and Korea has also become one of the countries which has suffered most from the global antidumping cases. Therefore, there exist some characteristics of its own in Korea's antidumping conflicts during this period. In this paper, from the perspectives of both antidumping investigations and measures by and against Korea,a positive study has been made on Korea's antidumping conflicts, and then the characteristics of these conflicts and the relevant reasons have been examined. Moreover, some policy implications have been proposed for China.
