Abstract

Korea is a developing country implementing antidumping policy earlier over the world.Meanwhile,Korea is also one of the countries which have initiated antidumping most actively in the world,and China has become the first major target country against by Korea's antidumping actions.Korea's antidumping policy and laws are not only the legal basis on which Korea initiates foreign antidumping,but also the trade remedies which are frequently used for the protection of Korea's domestic industry and market.Korea's antidumping policy and laws are mainly embodied in three aspects including Korea's antidumping institutional systems,preconditions for antidumping,and the specific antidumping measures.The characteristics in the practice of Korea's antidumping policy and laws,which are different from those in other countries or regions,have afforded China useful enlightenments for dealing with Korea's antidumping against China.
