An Analysis of Global Antidumping Conflicts and Its Characteristics since the Foundation of WTO

During the period of 19952005 since WTO's founding,antidumping investigations or antidumping measures were frequently initiated or implemented against the foreign imports according to WTO antidumping agreements and each country's domestic antidumping policy throughout the world.Correspondingly,their exports also suffered from the foreign antidumping investigations or antidumping measures,and the global antidumping conflicts frequently happened and tended to exaggerate.Meanwhile,China became the first major target country subjecting to and suffering from the global antidumping conflicts under WTO.Therefore,China should draw both experiences and lessons from the global antidumping conflicts,and deal actively with the wave of foreign antidumping against China.
