Reflection on the Protection of Personal Information

Information satisfies people's need of existence and development,which represets its important value in an information society.Meanwhile,the fact that information is out of our control,abused and infringed in other ways occurs frequently.So,many countries in the world have enacted corresponding laws to protect personal information.Today it is urgent to intensify the protection of personal information since it has been put on the agenda in our legislation.For these reasons this article analyses the characteristics of personal information,and puts forward basic principles and main contents of its legislation.
