Research on Protection and Rational Utilization of Personal Information in China

Personal information is very important in social value,especially in the information society.Personal information gets severe infringement and abuse in the process of China's informationization,so constituting personal information law for protecting personal information is extremely urgent.Then,definition of personal information,confirmation of principle,protection content,right of object,tort liability and experience of foreign legislation become very necessary.Rational utilization of personal information is a new subject for us to protect personal information,which is thoroughly studied in this paper.
