Discussion on the Personal Information Protection in Specific Industry

In information society,reconciling the personal information flow and personal information protection problem has attracted great attention all over the world.This paper does a case analysis on personal information protection in three specific industries: the mass media,credit industry and medical institutions,and ponders over the question of personal information protection legislation.The result shows that the protection of personal information security is the basis of an individual's economic life and social interaction.Personal information legislation will promote the construction and improvement of the whole informationized legal system.Our country should learn from foreign countries' experience of personal information protection,speed up China's personal information protection legislation process,eliminate legislative barriers,and promote the harmonious development of information flow and information protection.
