Abstract
Objective: Discuss the clinical effects and possible side effects of treated mixed hemorrhoids by resection or ligation for external hemorrhoids and injection for internal ones, according to the anus cushion theory of hemorrhoids. Method: 386 clients with mixed hemorrhoids were all treated by resection or ligation for external hemorrhoids and injection for internal ones. Result: 366 clients of the 386 were recoveried, and 20 of them were impoved, the cure rate were 100%. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of easy operation, high carative effect, short course of treatment, less misery, and it can prevent postoperative secondary massive hemorrhage, copracrasia and archostegnosis.
