Abstract
Aiming at the problems faced in the water resources development and utilization,the function of water resources allocation is and expounded,the results of research on water resources allocation both at home and abroad are summarized.In connection with the research in the field of water resources status and development trend,it is noted that,the water quality and quantity joint optimal allocation,the general water resources allocation based on water cycle and the model combined optimization and simulation are the study focus of water resources allocation.
