Abstract

Rational water resources allocation is the nucleus part of water resources planning.And it is one of the effective measures to achieve sustainable utilization of water resources.To sovle the problems such as the shortage of water resources,the contradiction of supply and need etc,we must carry out the rational water resources allocation.This paper has analyzed the water resources conditions and existing problems on the concrete circumstances of Liaoning,put forward the countermeasures and suggestion for rational water resources allocation in Liaoning by the water resources planning angle.
