Yiqi Huoxue Soup combined Western Medicine Treatment Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type of Old Age Hypertension 80 cases of Clinical Observation

[Objective] to observe Yiqi huoxue soup combined western medicine treatment of qi and blood stasis type elderly hypertensive curative effect.[Method] 80 cases of qi and blood stasis type elderly patients with hypertension clinic use Yiqi huoxue soup(Huangqi 30g,Danggui 20g,Chuanxiong,Dilong each 15g,Tianma10g,Chuanniuxi 30g,Shuizhi 15g),1 dose/day,water frying 200 mL,sooner or later.Continuous treatment of 7 days for a period of treatment;Combined the western medicine routine treatment.Continuous treatment of 7 days for one period of treatment.Observation of blood pressure and clinical symptom scores.Continuous treatment 5 treatment,decision curative effect.After month follow-up.[Results] 68 cases were markedly effective,effective 10 cases effectiveness and 2 cases,the effective rate was 97.50%(78/80).Period of treatment the shortest 7 days,the longest 35 days.[Conclusion] Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of qi and blood stasis type of senile hypertension can improve hypertension patients with symptoms,improve quality of life.
