Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Treatment Deficiency of Qi and Blood Stasis Essential Hypertension in 81 cases of Clinical Observation

Abstract
[Objective]To observe the efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction treatment of hypertension.[Method]81 cases in line with the International the hypertension Union hypertension diagnosis grading standards and TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria for outpatient use Yiqi Huoxue Decoction(Huangqi 30g,Taizishen 12g,Baizhu 15g,Cuanxiong 10g,Danggui 15g,Fuling 15g,Jixueteng 30g,Danshen 15g,Dilong 10g,Sanqi 6g,Gancao 6g) decoction,1 time / day,2 times service,150ml / 4 weeks for a course of treatment.Clinical performance,off signs.Determine the efficacy of treatment of a course of treatment(28d).[Results]28 cases markedly effective in 47 cases,6 cases,the total efficiency of 92.59%(75/81).[Conclusion] Qi Decoction treatment of Qi and Blood essential hypertension have a significant effect on the stability of blood pressure and improve symptoms,relieve anxiety,and non-toxic side effects,can improve patients' quality of life.
