Therapeutic Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Prescription of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Treating Type 2 Diabetes

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue prescription of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on treating type 2 diabetes of deficiency of Qi-Yin syndrome.Methods:71 patients with type 2 diabetes of deficiency of Qi-Yin syndrome were divided into two groups by random:the treated group(36cases)and the control group(35 cases).The two groups were both treated with oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin therapy,and the treated group added Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue prescricption.The clinical symptoms and changes on glucose and lipid metabolism of two groups patients were observed after treatment.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue prescription of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than pure western medicine treatment.It could ameliorate the clinical symptoms obviously,and reduce glucose and lipid metabolism,it is also favorable to prevent or delay the incidence of vascular complications.It is worthy of generalizing further.
