Clinical Observation of Yiqi Huoxue Phlegm Method to Treat Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Abstract

Objective:To observe Yiqi Huoxue phlegm clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine.Methods:The 89 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups,44 patients with routine western medicine in the control group,and 45 patients in the treatment group based on the use of compound Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue phlegm.The two groups are 15 days for 1 course of treatment.Results:The clinical efficacy and improved blood rheology of the treatment group are better than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue phlegm method can reduce the whole blood viscosity;improve the clinical symptoms and clinical outcomes.It is an effective method to treat chronic pulmonary heart disease.
