Abstract
This paper discusses natural dyestuff baicalin on wool fabric dyeing, using ultrasonic dyeing technology. The experiment verified the effect of ultrasonic. Ultrasonic dyeing technology can reduce the dyeing time and lower the dyeing temperature. And rubbing color fastness, washing color fastness and apparent color depth( K / S value) are better than that of conventional dyeing. By single factor optimization experiments,we can know the best ultrasonic dyeing time and the best dyeing temperature, the optimum dyeing time is 30 min,and the best dyeing temperature is 60 ℃. At the same time, the paper studies the synergistic effect in the baicalin on wool fabric dyeing. The experimental results show that the synergy can make the surface color depth of dyeing fabric improved obviously.
