Investigation of the Result on the Two Diffierent Washing Stomach Method to Severe Orgnaophosphorus Poisoning

Objective:To improve the success ratio in rescuing the severe poisoning patients and probe into the effect of hypobaric mutifuntional drainage bag in re-washing the patients stomach.Methods:64 patients who were diagnosed as severe poisoning according to clinicals were divided into 2 groups randomly.Observation group and control group.Each group had 32 patients.Stomach re-washing was given after processing multifunctional drainage bad for those conventionally stomach washed patients in treating(observation)group while conventional stomach re-washing was given several hours later in treating group.Then illness states of patients were observed in two groups,whether they had injury of stomach membrane,rales in lung,and cooperation in washing stomach.Results:There was significan difference between treating and control group after statistical analysis.Conclusion:It's concluded that hypobaric multifunctional drainage bag could block reabsorption of poison and reduce complications,which had convenient and simple application.
