Application Value of Endoscopic Nasal Biliary Drainage Combined with TCM Washing

Objective:To explore the clinical application value of the endoscopic nasal biliary drainage combined with traditional Chinese medicine washing. Methods:100 cases of nasal biliary drainage after operation patients were randomly divided into conventional group and improved group,50 cases in each group. The conventional group received metronidazole solution,separating nasal bile duct and drainage bag connected with an injector manual flushing. The improved group was treated by modified nasal bile duct combined with traditional Chinese medicine washing liquid. Two groups were observed drainage effect and adverse reaction. Results:Regarding to incidence of nausea,vomit,nasopharynx discomfort,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,blockage of drainage tube,prolapse and adverse reactions caused by flushing during drainage period,the improved group had lower incidence compared to control group and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion:The nasobiliary drainage combined with traditional Chinese medicine washing can reduce the drainage discomfort in patients and the adverse reactions and complications of drainage,and it is convenient for medical personnel to use,saving manpower.
