Improvement and Application of Nursing Methods for Curing Toxicosis Due to Oral Organic Phosphoric Pesticides

This article is to investigate new methods of clearing and nursing stomach and tharm for poisoning sufferer due to oral organic phosphoric pesticides.180 sufferers were randomly divided into treating group and controlling group and every group comprises 90 sufferers.Sufferers of controlling group were treated by common clearing stomach and common curing methods,while the sufferers of treating group were treated by clearing stomach by using physiological brine including 0.004%noradrenaline and common cure.However,stomach tube was preserved.After clearing stomach repeatedly,combinational polyglycol electrolyte solution was injected into stomach tube for catharsis and cured by using sequential method.The results show that the patients' atropine time,cholinesterase resume normal time,and admission time were obviously shortened in the therapeutic group.And the patients' gastric mucosal lesions,gastrointestinal function,intermediate syndrome,poisonous rebound and death rate were evidently reduced in the therapeutic group.The way of adding 0.004% noradrenalin saline and polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder consistently therapy will prevent the organic phosphorus pesticide from entering the body,which will reduce the complication and improve the rescue rate.
