Study on Urban Competitive Capacities of Zhejiang Province

Competition between cities results from the market economy and raising city competitive capacity has been emphasized by all kinds of cities.This paper,using 33 indicators covering economy,infrastructure,science and technology,culture,openness and environment competitiveness,firstly evaluates 11 real central cities in Zhejiang Province.It then analyses competitive capacities of all cities and classifies them into 4 types.Finally,the paper puts forward several proposals in raising urban competitive capacities in Zhejiang Province in the end.
