Discussion on Standardized Training of New Nurses in Nursing Knowledge and Skills

Objective: To explore the method and effect of new nurses in nursing knowledge and skills of standardized training.Methods: In our hospital,81 new nurses take multi-channel,many forms of traditional Chinese medicine nursing knowledge and skills training.Comparison of before and after the training of nurses nursing of traditional Chinese medicine theory and operation of the examination results,work ability,hospitalized patients satisfaction differences.Results: The training of new nurses in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and operation of the examination results,work ability is higher than before the training,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01),patients' satisfaction degree higher than that before the training,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion: Standard TCM nursing knowledge and skills training for new nurses and the basic theory of TCM,improve the professional technology level,improve the nurses work ability;to reduce the occurrence of nursing defects,ensure medical safety,improve the quality of care,improve the hospital patient satisfaction.
