Analysis of new staff nurses standardized training effect of obstetric

Objective To explore the effect of standardized training on the obsterics new nurses fostering.Methods One to onetraining model was used to training 16 new nurses,and the training content including work system and responsibility,theoretical and operation traning,special knowledge,nursing safety and so on,adopted forms such as morning assembly,nursing round,and nursing lesson,and strengthened humanistic nursing care.Then,assessment of test and patients' satisfaction were used to evaluate the training effect.Results among 16 new nurses,14 new nurses passed the assessment with 10 nurses excellent,and 2nuses received postpone training,with 1nurse passed the assessment and 1nurse not.Patients' satisfaction on new nurses was significantly improved after the training than first moth that new nurses entry.Conclusions Clinical departments should develop the standardized training for the new nurses fostering,which can increase their job competency,and provide high level nursing for patients.
