Effects of concentrated nursing skill training

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of concentrated nursing skill training.Methods A total of 40 new nurses in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010 were selected.They received concentrated nursing skill training.The nurses′ examination results of clinical skills before and after training,the nurses′ satisfaction with the training method,and hospital′s satisfaction with nurses′ practice were assessed.Results There were significant differences in examination results of clinical skills between before and after training(P0.05).The hospital and nurses were satisfied with the training method.Conclusion Concentrated training enables new nurses handle and improve their nursing skills as soosn as possible.
