Abstract
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was developed for determination of preservatives in cosmetics, including diazo alkyl urea,methyl-p-hydroxy benzoate and propyl-p-hydroxy benzoate.A Waters XTerra Ms C18(5 μm,4.6 mm i.d×250 mm)column was used with a mobile phase consist of acetonitrile-water and gradient elution. The wavelength 254 nm was selected for detection. The recovery lies 97.30%~102.00% and the relative standard deviation lies 3.6%~8.2%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
