Abstract

A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was established for determination of ten kinds of sunscreen agents in cosmetics.Waters Symmetry shield C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm i.d,5 μm) column was used with a mobile phase consist of methanol-water with a volume ratio of 85∶15.The wavelength 310 nm was selected for detection. The recovery lies 98.1%~101.0% and the relative standard deviation lies less than 5%.
