Abstract
A reversed - phase high performance liquid chromatography was developed for determination of sunscreen agent UV-360 in cosmetics.A C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used and methanol - water was used as mobile phase. The wavelength 360 nm was selected for detection.Used V(carbon tetrachloride)∶V(methanol)=3∶7 as solvent extraction and the sample pre-treatment methods include ultrasonic extraction, centrifugal purification. The sample filtered by 0.45 μm membrane, directly into the analysis. The recovery lies 98.20%-102.40% and the relative standard deviation lies less than 5%.Detection limit is 0.005 μg.This method had the advantages of good separating effect and rapid analysis.
