Abstract
The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of 6063 aluminum alloy were studied,and the heat treatment mechanism(uniform treatment,aging treatment) was discussed.The results indicate that proper uniform technology is conducive to microscopic structure of 6063 alloy,the microstructure is fine after heat treatment at 560 ℃ for 6 h.A proper aging system can improve the conductive property of 6063 aluminum alloy,after aging treatment at 200 ℃ for 6 h,the conductivity is excellent.Artificial aging can increase the intensity index of aluminum extrusion reasonably,the tensile strength of aluminum alloy material is higher with the aging system at 180 ℃ for 6 h.
