Abstract
In this paper the heat-treatment process of single-grade aging after solution heat treatment on aluminum alloy was researched and the influences of different single-grade aging heat treatment processes on the microstructure and hardness of the 2A16 aluminum alloy were analyzed. The results show that the optimal mechanical properties can be obtained with the single-grade aging at the conditions of 150 ℃±5 ℃×6 h after solution heat treated for 525 ℃×10 min, which can provide an evidence for the identification and optimization of parameters of aging heat-treatment process of the 2A16.
