Abstract
The double-grade aging heat-treatment process after solution treatment was researched and the influence of double-grade aging heat treatment process on the microstructure and hardness of the 7150 aluminum alloy were analyzed. The results show that the solution effect is best when aging treatment at 480 ℃ for 12 min; the optimal mechanical properties can be obtained when its first-grade aging treatment and second-grade aging treatment is at 120 ℃× 8 h and 150 ℃× 6 h respectively, which can provide an evidence for the identification and optimization of parameters of aging heat-treatment process for 7150 aluminum alloy.
