The Progress of Chinese Land Planning at Present and a Developing Countermeasure in the Future

Abstract

Land planning should utilize new theories and technologies,and build a land planning system and associated legal system step by step.In the new system,national authories and local government's function should be clarified,economic rules should be made to help land exploiture in different area,and create a set of new theory and method of land planning,and improve social acceptance of it.
