Commenting on the General Land Use Planning

The general land use planning is the effective way to optimize the land use structure and to realize the land resource assign rationally in different departments, it is the important means to implement Land Administrative Law. From analyzing the two general land use planning that has been already launched in our country, this paper analysed the achievement of these two comprehensive land use planning, especially the previous planning, summarized the problem that exposed in planning, and proposed some suggestions to improve the general land use planning, which hope to repair and arrange a new round of planning beneficially.
