Abstract

Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A retrospective analysisthe ultrasound test results of ectopic pregnancy in-patients from June 2009 to August 2011.Analysis of diagnostic methods and mistakenly missed the reason.Results 130 cases confirmed 123 cases,the diagnosis rate of 94.6%.The most common typeis adnexal masses;missed 4 cases,3 cases were misdiagnosed.Conclusion The transvaginal ultrasound as a noninvasive screening tool has high sensitivity in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
