Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of transvaginal ultrasonic diagnosis in ectopic pregnancy.Methods All 75 Cases of ectopic pregnancy were examined with transvaginal ultrasound from Jan.2006 to Jan.2008.Results In which 71 cases were confirmed by operation.The coincident rate was 94.7%.Conclusions Transvaginal ultrasonic possesses a very important role in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and can provide reliable information for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
