Abstract

To establish HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Aotaile capsules. Methods:Inertsil ODS-3 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used,and the mobile phase consisted of methanol -1% acetic acid(20:80).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1).The detection wavelength was 327 nm.Results: There was a good linear relationship within the range of 0.0712-0.6408 μg.The average recovery was 100.1% (RSD=1.2%,n=5.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Aotaile apsules.
