Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Jieshitong Capsules. Methods C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used at 35 ℃ with acetonitrile-0.5 % phosphoric acid solution(7:93) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 326 nm. Results The calibration curve of chlorogenic acid was good linear in the range of 0.02042-1.0210 μg(r=0.9999), and the average recovery was 99.00 % with RSD of 2.54 %(n=9). Conclusion This method is accurate and repeatable. It can be applied to quality control of Jieshitong Capsules.
