Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Zhenqijiangtang capsules. Methods The HPLC method was adopted, the chromatographic system consisted of C18 column (4.6 mm×100 mm),the mobile phase was Acetonitrile-0.4% Phosphate (17:83). The content was detected at a waveleng of 327 nm, the flow rate was 0.6 mL/min. Results The chlorogenic acid had a good tincar rolatim in the range of 0.043 3-0.693 8 μg (r = 0.999 9), the average recovery was 98.39%,RSD = 0.58% (n = 6). Conolusion The established method is accuracy, sensitive and simple. It can be used for quality control of Zhenqijiangtang Capsules.
