Abstract
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Dankang capsules.Method:The X Bridge TM C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(15∶85),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was at 323 nm.Results:A good linear correlation of chlorogenic acid was observed within the range of 2.58-46.44 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 97.87% with RSD 1.1%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,it can be used for the quality control of Dankang capsules.
