Abstract
Objectives:The effcacy of deproteinized calf blood injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction was studied in comparison with Actovegin. Methods:Active group(n=59) and open group(n=40) were treated with the deproteinized calf blood injection, control group(n=61) was treated with Actovegin. The dose was 20~30ml daily tor 2 weeks. Results:The neurological deficiency and clinical symptoms associated with acute cerebral infarction were obviously improved with a total effective rate of 87.87%.Conclusions:Deprotenized calf blood injection is effective in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
