Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of the HBO Therapy Combining with Deproteinized Calf Blood Extract Injection on Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) therapy combining with deproteinized calf blood extract injection on the neurological function rehabilitation and prognosis in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and estimate its value of clinical application.Methods According to the standard revised in National Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease in 1995,80 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were collected and randomly divided into control group(n=40) and therapy group(n=40).The control group received routine complex treatment including craniotomy operation,blood pressure control,dehydration to reduce intracranial pressure,HBO and citicoline.The therapy group received deproteinized calf blood extract injection on the basis of the control group.The neurological deficit scores were determined between two groups after treatment and statistical analysis were performed.Results The total effective rate(82.5%) of the therapy group was significantly higher than that(65%) of the control group(P 0.05).The neurological deficit score in the therapy group was significantly decreased after the treatment(P 0.05),and the improvement condition in the therapy group was significantly better than that in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion The HBO therapy combining with deproteinized calf blood extract injection showed an exact therapeutic effect and a high safety on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
