Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of yinxingye injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 95 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group(48 cases) was given 10 ml/d of yingxingye injection in 250 ml of 5% glucose injection by IV infusion for 14 days. The control group(47 cases) was given 500 mg/d venoruton injection in 250 ml of 5% glucose injection for 14 days. And two groups were treated with routine therapy. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.4%.It was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.8%)(P0.05).Conclusion The yinxingye injection has significant effect for acute cerebral infarction.
